On October 15, as part of the IX Kyiv Oil & Gas Conference and the Naftogazexpo-2025 exhibition, a joint meeting of the Ukrainian Drillers’ Union and sectoral associations was held on the topic:
 “Rock-destroying and metalworking tools for drilling and machining operations.”

At the meeting, LLC “Ukrainian Impulse Industry” was represented by Olena Sedler, who delivered a report titled “In-situ Dilatant Rock Decompaction.”

The presentation showcased the technology of dilatant decompaction of rock directly in its geological setting at depths of up to 5000 m, as well as the equipment used to implement this method. The report generated strong interest and an active discussion among industry representatives, researchers, and experts from leading sectoral universities.

The Conference of the Ukrainian Drillers’ Union not only brings specialists together; it serves as a platform for exchanging experience, discussing the industry’s current challenges, fostering innovation, supporting dialogue, collaboration, and identifying new development pathways. The event was rich in engaging presentations and lively professional communication.
